"The contractor Alex did an extremely poor job. His crew did not show up at the job site sometimes for 3 to 4 days at a time which has delayed finishing construction past 2 years now for a simple 1 bedroom ADU. Alex doesn't seem to know the electrical codes and gas company codes further delaying the project. He has lied to me several times about meeting with the city. I requested a modification in the drawings about a water heater 6 weeks ago and the only response I have received is more lies and delays. My mistake was paying him for the project before final inspection. Don't hire this person he's not honest nor competent."
