He was very responsive to all communication and showed up on schedule. He detailed the repair and replacement options and the prices for each. I opted for repair and he worked quickly to finish in under an hour. The work is excellent and the dryer is as good as new.
When talking to Brian on the phone, he indicated that he and another worker would be out to do the work. When Brian arrived, he indicated that his worker would be doing the work and that he had to go to another place to do the same type of work which was being conducted at our residents....

"He was doing great and doing extra things. I paid him 3,200.00 for materials and he said he ordered them in July they were supposed to be delivered 08/02/21. He contacted me and said they were on back order, communicated thru 09/13/21. I have not heard from him since. I called Home Depot and they said he never placed an order. I have called and emailed, text, left messages and I have not heard from him since. He still has my screen door that he was supposed to repair along with my money. I think if something has happened to him someone in his family would have notified me."
