I spoke to the secretary about my past expierence with dirty waterspots. No problem this time. However, the man was 4 hours late. He called to explain why, but the last time I had them, he was about 2 hours late.

"We apologize for not being as neat as possible. As for scheduling the later in the day we make an appointment, the more chance we can be late. Sometimes we schedule an outside only service, but when we arrive the customer asks the technician to do the inside and outside. This always puts him behind. We now try to schedule a "window - time" like, between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM to augment these kind of scheduling issues."
