As a matter of fact the Azzolino's were one of the first family's to bring Italian marble to the bay area back in the 1980's. We specialize in custom kitchen and bath as well tile installation and slab fabrication. We offer a large variety of porcelain and ceramics to meet any budget. We also have a range of brand name quartz surfaces like Caesarstone, Silestone and Vadara. We have also partnered up with a local cabinet company to offer cabinet installation as well.

The quality of the work and craftsmanship was excellent in all the different types of work that he did, including floor tile work, shower slab hanging, vanity countertop and sink installation, sheet rock replacement, plastering, plumbing, and electrical work. Joaquin always double checked everything to make sure it was done correctly. Joaquin was always willing to listen to our suggestions and collaborate with us on what we wanted done. He even went out of his way to help us on several other minor tasks, such as hanging mirrors. "Mediocre service and absolutely appalling customer service. Before having our granite countertops cleaned and sealed, I specifically mentioned how I had used acetone to treat certain olive oil stains and deliberately asked whether or not this would affect the cleaning and sealing process. Their technician assured me that it would not. After one hour of work, I observed that many of the areas that I had previously treated with acetone were significantly darker than other areas of our granite countertops. I am pretty sure this was due to the acetone-affected areas not having any prior sealant, so they absorbed water or cleaner or other liquids that were used during the cleaning. I asked the technician why certain areas on our granite countertops were much lighter than the darker areas. His response was ,I do not really have an answer for you. I found this answer unprofessional and unacceptable for someone who specializes in countertop repairs. As someone who is untrained and unskilled in countertop repair, even I could tell that my countertops had been cleaned and wetted by some cleaning agent and then sealed immediately without enough time for the cleaner to evaporate. The fact that I specifically asked beforehand over the phone whether or not acetone-treated areas would be affected by his cleaning and then immediately found darkening issues on these exact areas is an issue I cannot overlook. Furthermore, upon contacting Cole Restoration about my complaint, I was given a generic email response about how they want all of [their] customers to have a good experience and they asked for photos. I quickly replied with photos showing the areas of concern. This was over a month ago. Since then I have sent two follow up emails and left a voice message. Still ZERO response. All around dreadful, neglectful, and unacceptable. I can not and wont ever recommend Cole Restorations to anyone after being an afterthought to them for over a month."
