"It went extremely well for the most part. We worked with Mike, who was very responsive and helpful. We took a long time to decide on which turf, and insisted on seeing several types in place on some lawns to help us figure out which one to buy. Good thing we did! Ones we liked in a one-foot square looked so fake when seen on the actual lawn, and we wanted something that looked as real as possible. Mike went out of his way to make sure we had access to all the possibilities, and came out several times to help us with the decision process. We finally picked a turf after driving all over to see their work in place. Once we decided which one we wanted, the work was done very quickly, and it looks fabulous. They've returned to fix up a few loose ends, and will also be repairing some damage that occurred when the recent rains caused an animal statue to topple over and poke a hole in the brand new turf.
