"After 4 hours of working on the shower to get to the root of the problem, Paul discovered that the structure of the stall itself had been seriously compromised over a long period of time. The damage was far beyond needing just resurfacing which is Paul's area of expertise. Paul explained to me the nature of the damage and recommended another bath specialist who might be able to help. He took photographs of the damage and sent them to the other contractor. After he was certain that the other contractor had received the photos and that I had the contact information, Paul left. There was no charge from Paul even with spending the greater part of a day on this job and helping us to get a resolution. The contractor Paul recommended did the job and his charges were reasonable considering the extent of the rebuild needed to the shower stall.
