Timeliness: he didn't arrive when he said he would, although he DID come.... just 1 hour (or so) later. I hired him to do another job - building a cat enclosure on my deck. Although he'd never done one before, he agreed, & did do a nice job on the build... but not on the wire... it cost double - gulp"
