The work was performed quickly and skillfully, with great results. They also turned the double door leading into that room into a single door, creating more space in the room. Concurrently, in the guest bathroom, the old tub was removed, and a beautiful walk-in tiled shower was installed, along with a window with a fantastic view. The project manager Rick was a pleasure to work with, and his team were all professional, conscientious, and friendly. Everything turned out just as we imagined. RCA was friendly but not to be trusted as far a keeping the promises they continually made. Some of the workmanship was unacceptable and they had to bring in a new sub to repair it. Toward the end of the project they hired a new project manager, Tim, who was nice (though also unable to work in a timely manner). He explained that we were being squeezed in around other"
