"I got excellent customer service and installation was included. Lari explained clearly about what the products are available and the quality of these products compared with other companies out there. They gave me a delivery date that was right on time. The shutter installer was very experienced with the installation and they were shipped and packaged with care. After seeing how beautiful they were in my home I ordered the remaining rooms in my home that still needed window coverings. I highly recommend this company and the shutters are made in the USA."

"John came out and was very patient with us when selecting our window coverings. He respected our choices and showed us what we liked to see. He only carries one brand, but to his credit, the quality of the product was very good. He installed everything in half a day since we had a lot of windows and had the best pricing for us."

"I met Sergio and Paul this morning and they are very respectful and nice. They do my neighbors yard and I noticed how well the keep up the yard. I decided to hire them and they did an amazing job on cutting the grass and removing the weeds with weed treatment as well. Highly recommend their services."

"They were beyond helpful in locating & finding all the parts to repair my 20 year old shutters. Without their help I would have had to pay a fortune in replacing them. I would definitely use their service if it was needed again."

"Gary was excellent. I actually bought the wrong size curtain rods, but he was able to cut it down so it would fit my window. Above and beyond the call of duty. He was very polite and personable. I will call them again."

Window Treatments questions, answered by experts

Wood windows are often worth the cost because they add more to curb appeal and your home value than more affordable options like vinyl and aluminum. Wood windows also offer better insulation than vinyl and aluminum windows, and they can last about twice as long. As such, they’re more expensive up front but offer greater value and a higher ROI.

On average, hurricane windows last between 20 and 30 years. But some windows only last 10 years, while others can last 50 years or longer. Vinyl hurricane windows have a shorter lifespan than aluminum, so invest in high-quality hurricane windows and properly maintain them to get the most out of your investment.

Replacing window glass instead of the entire window is more cost-effective, maintains the frame's aesthetics, and reduces waste. It improves insulation and energy efficiency and can be completed more quickly with minimal disruption to the home.

Costs depend on window size, type, material, and labor. Custom shapes or sizes typically incur higher expenses; full installation includes removing old windows.

Glass block windows typically last for 15 to 30 years, which is slightly less than the 20- to 50-year lifespan of standard windows. You can extend their life by resealing them every few years. Professional installation is also key to ensuring the windows are placed correctly and will function properly for years to come. A professional installer will have the necessary skills, tools, and knowledge to install these features and can identify potential issues like damaged frames or cramped areas during a consultation.
