"The back door of our home was from 1964, had a louver window and was completely rotten on the bottom. CSM fabricated a fiberglass door with low e window that opens including the frame and sill. Removing the old frame proved to be quite a task and once removed, the opening required modifications for the new frame to fit. The installation team was great - professional, courteous, skilled and cleaned up beautifully. Michael was very good to work with happily providing a quote and then altering the quote as requested. "I have used them before, and they were good. The only thing this time is that  they didn't clean the inside windshield and the back window. I even called them back up and said hey if you guys are in the neighborhood, stop by and do that because that is like one of the more difficult things to do, and I never heard from them. They came out on the date they said they would."
