"We hired McCormick Home Builders to remodel our living room, and we are beyond pleased with the result. The team was professional, worked efficiently, and Aris design ideas made a huge difference. The room feels so much brighter and more spacious. This was the best decision we made for our home, and we were already planning our next remodel with them."

"These guys are great. They did a great job adding 3 rooms to my home. Not only fast and quick service but also great customer service. Progressive Builders gave me the best quote in town.. Don't hesitate to give them a call."

"The project manager, Tom Cohen, was so helpful from our first meeting. He was knowledgeable about the windows and explained the differences so I could make the best choice for the money I had to spend. The windows were replaced and I'm happy with my beautiful new sliding door. The work was done quickly and my home was left in great condition. I had no clean up to do after the workers finished. Tom helped me process all the paperwork and arranged for financing , also very helpful. I would use this company again and I would ask to work with Tom Cohen. I trust him to help with future projects."

"I had an excellent experience with Ocean Seven Builders that I wanted to share with the google community. I had a kitchen and 2 bathrooms remodeling project, and I had no idea where to start. I interviewed a few companies but Eli, from Ocean Seven Builders, was super informative, honest and straight-forward. Throughout the entire project, communication was great and they always kept us informed and updated on the progress. Whenever we were uncertain about a decision, they patiently walked us through the options and made sure we were happy with the results. Also, Eli and her team were extremely conscientious about issues that came up and dealt with every issue calmly and efficiently. To sum it all up, From booking an appointment through having the job completed, Ocean Seven Builders was fabulous to work with. They were responsive, courteous, and displayed a high skill level throughout the entire project. The finished result looks very high end and we managed to stay on budget. Thank you Eli and Ocean Seven Builders for my lovely new home."

"Joe Kincaid was a pleasure to work with and made several great suggestions to save us money. He and his entire team were organized, professional, and punctual. Kincaid made a project that for us was rather large and complicated, easy and almost effortless. The finished guest house is beautiful! We also had a new counter and cabinet installed in the main house with a new dishwasher installation. We plan to make more renovations to our home in the near future and wouldn't consider working with any other contractor. Joe Kincaid is the best!!!"

"Team was fabulous to work with, hands down. My vision was to add more living space without adding square footage. Expert Home Builders made it happen. Walls were moved, doors rearranged, pocket door installed, custom shelving, new kitchen with extra seating, and new bathrooms came to life. I felt I was part of the Expert team. My vision and their high standards created my perfect place."

"These guys are the best. They came into my home after being devastated by floods and helped prevent my stuff from getting any further damage. They were very thorough in their work. I would engage them again."

"After searching online and interviewing a few contractors we found just do it builders on Angies list. From the beginning we had a very good chemistry with Eric the owner. A factor that was really important to us. My husband and I decided to go with him and we were very pleased with the outcome for our project. As Eric promised the remodel took almost 4 weeks. They remodel our kitchen completely with new cabinets, new granite counter top. We also changed the floors to hardwood floor and we also added recessed lights and few outlets in dining area. What I like the most with this company is that every morning we got a phone call from the project manger in the office about the schedule of every day, we knew exactly when the guys are coming to work and we were updated with the stages of the project. Communication was great and helpful for us. The crew kept our house clean as much as they could. They took the trash every end of the day and really made the process easy and comfortable experience as it can be. I will definitely recommend just do it builders to my family and friends. We are thinking to remodel out bathroom soon and I already contact Eric for a quote. Thanks again for such a beautiful work we love our new kitchen!!

"Firstly. I can not  recommend Gabriella highly enough for her knowledge at new construction and remodeling,
and understanding our needs for our projects.
We were  so satisfied with her work, that we used Flawless Design Group Inc. for two of our houses in
Tarzana, CA.
On of our project was a ground up single family home built on hillside, that involved plenty of
excavation and grading, and specified foundation work. Gabriella helped us design a European- style
house with all amenities customized for us.
Our other project was a 3500 square feet full remodel and second story addition. Once again when construction
was finished by her group, she guided us through the entire remodel.
My husband and I can definitely recommend Flawless Design Group Inc. for any kind of construction work,
from remodeling , to addition and new construction.
