"Cielo Construction has completed several projects in our house including the remodeling of our guest bathroom, master bathroom, kitchen and living room area. The design and remodeling was a custom European style/modern while the bathroom included a walk in tile shower, jet shower system, home automation and more… part of the design was to reposition the door opening for a much better use of space. Cielo construction staff helped us by selecting all of the finish materials including the tiles, upper and lower cabinets, accessories and more… including the color/style of the paint. Mike included also in his work the remodeling of the guest bathroom, drywall, type of texture, baseboards etc. He has excellent, professional craftsmanship and creativity skills. Cielo constructions approach and talent to meet our deadlines were fantastic and he was able to finish the remodeling project on time. "I was selling my townhouse and the roof came up during the home inspection. I called several companies and received comparable quotes from each, but decided to go with Ocean Seven Builders. I'm glad I did. Jimmy, who estimated the job for me, was knowledgeable and gave me an approximate time frame for completion (1-2 weeks). This was an important aspect since closing was scheduled to happen in 3 weeks. After I put down my 1/3 deposit, they ended up having am opening in the schedule and were able to replace the roof within a week's time. The work took less than a day and the crew worked well. They took pictures and provided me with the invoice & warranty documentation I needed for closing. Invoicing and everything else behind the scenes was handled via email with the office manager. He was also very pleasant to work with and provided great customer service when I need the additional documents/info for settlement. Overall, the quality of work and customer service was exceptional. If in the future, my new home needs some roofing work, I would happily use Ocean Seven Builders again."

"We purchased the Big Deal to have the Bathroom design.  They came and did the design as expected.  The person they sent out did not sit well with us, and we will not have them back.  We have spoken directly with the provider about the issue.  Additionally, their estimate to do the work was significantly higher than others.  
The 3-D design and ideas they gave us were nice.  I would not use the provider for anything else


Update....the provider has called to try to make this situation right. I appreciate their desire to follow up on negative customer service. We'll see if they follow through with their promises
