Customers say: Quick response

"We discovered a clog on Christmas day in an upstairs bathroom that prevented us from using the bathtub or toilet in both bathrooms! My wife asked meto find a plumber so i checked Home Advisor and found a company called American Pipe Bursting. which had a lot of positive feedback. I talked to Austin, the owner, the next morning and he said he could be out in an hour or so, and he was right on time. Along with his brother Tyler, he immediately got to work and within an hour or so they had resolved our problem. What a relief! They were efficient, affordable, prompt - with a very straightforward and likable manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a plumbing repair. It was gratifying to know that we could rely on them to get the job done properly, and we will have no reservations about calling them again when necessary. Thanks guys, You made our day."

"Eduardo responded to my inquiry promptly through the Home Advisor platform and within 30 minutes of us talking he was onsite. Eduardo was not only professional he was also personable. He quoted a reasonable price (much lower than I expected) and finished the work in less than an hour. I would 100% recommend using Eduardo for your plumbing needs!"

"Oak called 2nd but came next day/ UN-prepared to do either repair or water test (requested on phone) or even replace with ready new ADA toilet that the lying receptionist booker said they have “some in stock and if not he will show a catalog of choices”. Guy came punctually with Nzo tools or appliances Or knowledge of what I asked for as an “URGENT repair/replace”. See ABC review same call. Not quite as bad as them doing same since we also still have broken HVAC too, both said they would fix ( I bought gasket already, they could have put in) or replace if they brought new toilet. Problem is not in water pipes except they need testing for lead - both said they would do this too - when I asked oak re taking a sample, how long sitting in pipes? He wiped off his soda water bottle and asked “which pipes?” !!"

"Weâ ve used In Demand for several years on various plumbing jobs. Recently I needed help flushing our water heater, and had them come out. They took care of it no problem, and also showed me what to do for maintaining the heater in the future. I have recommended In Demand to friends who have also used them, and had great experience on the work performed."

Adam came out right away and within an hour, he came, addressed our issues and had us up and flowing immediately and we have not had any issues since! He also recommended some repairs that we will for sure be doing in the near future. Amazing customer service and very professional. Toilets questions, answered by experts

What you include in your bathroom remodel will depend on your budget, personal preferences, and the current condition of your bathroom. Bathroom renovations often involve changing out the shower or tub, faucet, showerhead, tiles, flooring, mirrors, sink, cabinets, and vanities. You may also want to upgrade the wallcovering, adding new wallpaper or paint.

The toilet flange anchors to the subfloor, usually with wood screws or cement screws, but most of it should sit above floor level at full height. When a flange is flush with the subfloor or below it, it can lead to the creation of leak paths.

The normal water level in a toilet bowl is about halfway full. The water should sit above the P trap drain because this creates a seal and suction. When you flush the toilet, the suction keeps sewer gases from entering your house through your toilet. Anytime the water level is higher or lower than half full, you need to make adjustments or replace broken parts.

Sometimes, your insurance policy may cover leaking toilet repair. However, home insurance policies typically do not cover any plumbing problems. They do cover water damage caused by a busted pipe or a major leak. Some insurance companies also have riders that expand your initial coverage to include plumbing items. Talk to your agent for more information.

If you notice water coming out of the bottom of your tank or the flush handle, you obviously have a leaking tank. Water on the side of the tank can indicate cracks. Other signs include the toilet running and flushing without anyone touching the handle, needing to jiggle the handle to make the water stop after flushing, or needing to hold the handle down to empty the water tank.
