"Erik was a good salesman and his workers did a good job demoing the old roof and putting on the new one. Erik was always available via text or phone if we had any concerns. The only issue we had was the clean up. We found a lot of debris from the demolition behind our garage. Apparently, they did not bother to check there. They did a pretty good job around the house though. Erik had is workers clean up debris that got into our stove hood (pieces of wood had gotten into the fan area). Overall, we were pleased at the job performed."

"We have used Deco construction a year before to remodel our bathroom downstairs. We enjoyed working with Fred at the time that we decided to go with him again. Our 2nd bathroom upstairs came out so beautiful. I love the fact that they raised the ceilings higher. It looks grand. Everyone who comes to see it loves the way it turned out. Our kitchen has a very clean look. However, it took awhile to get use to it. Because it's so different from the way it was-- we had a linoleum floor, and a white tile counter top, but now we have a beautiful tiles for the floor and a granite counter. We grew to really love our kitchen. I now enjoy cooking. I like having extra counter space to work with. Fred has such interesting life, and we enjoyed hearing his stories. I spoke with Alex on the phone and noted what I was looking to do and helped me schedule a meeting appointment. Marina reached out the night before and confirmed our meeting time and date. With most companies they typically give you a window of time and far often too wide a range for anyone to have a life that day. Our meeting was scheduled at a specific time and Roei (Pronounced Roy) showed up at that exact time! I realize that not everyone and certainly not all business can function in precise time slots, but as someone that is a planner and appreciates a set schedule, I knew this was a great first impression. Roei was fantastic. We didn’t know anything about the industry or what was involved and he clearly laid out and set proper expectations. Every question was answered and more importantly it felt like you had a buddy over that was visiting which is great when having someone you don’t know in your home. "I used the Neli service, where the tech connects with you via video chat and then walks you through troubleshooting and repair. I’m pretty handy so this seemed like a route that would work for me. Once we got connected we got right to work and figured out what the issue was and how to repair it. I had to run to hardware store to get the correct tool to make the fix, but Bob, the tech I worked with, left me detailed instructions and with the right tool, I was then able to make the fix and reassemble the range. It works like a charm!!"
