"We initially contacted TGI for a new wood fireplace insert. They helped us through all of the steps as we needed to remove the existing one and replace the rock front and hearth. As you can see the finished product is beautiful. Highly recommend! Bob (owner) and Cody did fireplace install for mine. They kept the area clear and clean and were able to get the fireplace installed within the day once the rockwork was done. Having young children it's incredibly important who I invite into my home. "It went well. I was quoted a price on the phone and when they got to my home and realized they had brought the wrong part, they made arrangements to return the next day. However, the price they gave me was more than what I was quoted on the phone. The manager Kim, listened to my original phone call that was made and called me back saying I was quoted the wrong price on the phone.
