"I   first contacted Josue (owner) just before we finished a kitchen remodel, to come in and completely clean the entire house.  To include: walls, ceiling, floors , carpet, windows , shutters.  Just make the home clean again after major construction.
He was able to come in on Saturday and clean my house in about 4-5 hours.  He did a great job and was glad to see that construction mess gone.
He did such a good job we signed onto his biweekly service and have been happy ever since.
The 2 gals that do the cleaning are always here on time  and are ever so pleasant to be around
My home is never dirty  now.
My neighbors also use Smart house cleaning  and love their service  too!!!"

"I had an excellent experience with this carpet cleaning service. The work was done professionally, on time, and with great attention to detail. My carpets had stains and heavy traffic areas from family & kids, that I honestly didn?t think would come out, but they now look almost brand new. The technician Anthony was respectful of my home, explained the process clearly, and made sure everything was done right before leaving. The results were impressive and the whole place smelled fresh and clean afterward. If you?re looking for someone reliable who takes pride in their work and delivers real results, I highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning."

Carpet Installation questions, answered by experts

Yes, carpeted stairs are generally considered safer than stairs with hard surfaces like wood, vinyl, or tile. Carpet provides more traction and friction, which helps reduce the chances of slips and falls. Additionally, if a fall does occur, carpet offers more cushioning, which can lessen the severity of an injury. While hard surfaces can look great, they are often more slippery. However, it's worth noting that some carpets, especially if they are new, dirty, or have a slick texture, can also pose a slipping hazard. To improve safety on any type of stair surface, you can add traction treads to increase grip.

While it's possible to cover asbestos tile with carpet, it's not recommended. Encapsulating tile beneath carpet doesn't eliminate the health risks. Over time, the asbestos tiles could degrade, releasing fibers into the air and potentially contaminating the carpet. Disturbance during carpet installation or removal might also release fibers.

Yes, there are plenty of ways to lay stair carpet without grippers, such as carpet adhesive, magnetic flooring, or staples. Adhesive may be your best bet if you don’t want grippers, as it will most likely stick the best and cause the least amount of damage. However, if you’re looking for an easy fix, grippers are one of the best solutions you can purchase.

When installing carpeting on your steps, start at the top and work your way to the bottom. That way, you can easily control the carpet and create a better seal. This approach prevents the carpet from bunching up or creating wrinkles as you work. You’ll have better leverage over it as gravity helps guide it down each step.

Yes, professional installation services often include the removal and disposal of old flooring, which can include materials like carpet. This process may also involve preparing the subfloor for the new installation. It is recommended to confirm the full scope of the service with your provider.
