The plumber arrived on time Sat morning and had everything ready to go. Well organized. Work was completed on time and we only had to have the water off for 2 hours. "My husband and I tried to locate the source of a foul smell coming from the sink in a guest bathroom on a Saturday morning and got ourselves in trouble and ended up with a leak. We were in a panic, as we had guests arriving Monday morning. We contacted Alvco Plumbing on the recommendation from our cousin who had given us their ad in the Villages newsletter. Tim, Jr. told us he could come by early Monday morning and assess our situation. He graciously called us later on Saturday afternoon and said he could swing by and help us out. He was AMAZING and did a thorough assessment of our plumbing issue, fixed our mistake and saved us a lot of headache. Throughout the process, he explained everything, gave us options, respected our home, was extremely clean, and thoroughly cleaned the work area when done.
