Owner is very honest and reasonably priced. His crew does excellent work. They replaced and upgraded our old residential sewer line to the street and installed two regulation sewer cleanouts. It was a major job for our house and they did all the work perfectly, including the City permit signoff and within two days. They fully restored all landscaping and did excellent cleanup. We are very happy with Moor Plumbing and their excellent customer relations and the quality of their work.

Felipe is extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They replaced my sewer one-way clean out valve with a new two-way one. They arrived and completed the work the same day they contacted me at a cost better than my other quotes. They voluntarily inspected my whole main sewer line from clean out valve to the street and left the job site exactly as they found it. I couldnâ t be more pleased with Angi or Moor Plumbing.

I had a sewer back up that needed immediate attention and Felipe with Moor Plumbing Solutions was able to come within a couple hours to fix the problem. He was friendly, knowledgeable, provided a fair estimate on the phone. When he snaked the sewer line, he also took the the time to put a camera down the pipe and show me the tree roots that were the issue. He gave me a few options for a short term & long term solution. In addition to this he snaked my kids upstairs bathroom sink that had been clogged. Good attention to detail and someone I would definitely hire anytime you need plumbing help.

We were a bit hesitant at first in hiring them for the work, in spite of their lower cost quote compared to other companies we got quotes from, because of their as yet unlicensed status, and a relatively new company with less track records, ieven though they had received string customer reviews.. Their project lead, Felipe Sanchez, was extremely professional, carefully discussing all our options, then explaining what they were doing at each step of their work. The proposed trenchlrss sewage line replacement approach was supposed to be the simplest and most efficient approach, ideally minimizing much of the digging required to get to the original line. But after replacing the line, the roots of a courtyard tree where the original line ran through was compressing the new line also, causing sagging in a portion of line, resulting in water gathering, a key cause of past problems of occasional backups. His team did a lot of extra digging work to get to that section of line affected by the roots in the ground, cleared off the obstructing roots, and properly regrading that section of line to correct the standing water problem. This was considerably more extra work on their part, but Felipe insisted they would make sure the job was done correctly, It took a few extra days of hard work on their part to get all the potential issues corrected to the City inspectorâ s satisfaction., ensuring final inspection approval. He kept us fully inform d of their progress and issues as they were working through them with the Cory inspector. . We appreciated their truly professional commitment to getting their job done right, even when the problem ended up costing them extra time and effort. I would recommend them to others who may be looking at repairing their sewage line, often an unpleasant but necessary project for older houses.

My main sewer line lateral was completely blocked with little to no water getting through (roots/failed joint/corroded pipe). I called Felipe with Moor Plumbing Solutions. He was quick, professional, competitively priced, and most importantlyâ he got the job done right. Felipe and his team diagnosed the issue and replaced the whole sewer lateral with minimal disturbance to the driveway that sits over it. Got the junk out of the pipe, showed us inside of the pipe with the camera, told us where is the pipe penetrated by the roots and also proposed new way to replace the main sewage without dig things open all the way.
