"Michael and his team were incredibly professional. They remodeled two of our bathrooms, including doubling the square footage in our master suite. Michael stood behind his work and insured. We were fully satisfied with the product. Throughout every stage of the process, he kept a clean and tidy, worksite, and was respectful of our families time and space. We’ve referred Michael to many of our friends because of the great work and professionalism he exuded on the job. We plan on using Michael and his team for our kitchen makeover later this year."

"Arno is a consummate professional! I was at a disadvantage as my permanent residence was a 5hr drive from the location of our new home. Arno met with me at the new residence early in the process of construction, he was very generous with his time and very attentive to my vision for organization and utilizing the cabinetry space to its maximum potential. Soon I had drawings with full layout and dimensions to review, he absolutely nailed it without me having to travel back and forth, as I had anticipated. I'm a perfectionist and apprehensive to trust. I had heard about Arno from a friend of my daughters and she was very impressed with the cabinets he had built for her. I now know why.....not only are the cabinets beautifully finished on the inside but the painting job is exquisite and will last me a lifetime."

"As good as it gets!. I discovered Allfa Amazing Cleaning Service 8 months ago. The staff is friendly and the housekeepers are extremely thorough. Plus the prices are far less than any other place I have looked at or used. It's only 20$ per hour per person it's very cheap. They always go the extra mile. I have recommended them to friends and my friends have always been satisfied with the results as well. I would recommend to anyone looking for a professional, housecleaning service, with reasonable prices. The Allfa Amazing Cleaning service are as good as it gets!"

"They do a pretty good job. With each visit, she does ask me which areas I would like her to focus on. I like the fact that she brings guys with her to assist with cleaning. They do the job quickly."

"They showed up in time; but with a kid. I walked through the entire 3 bed room townhouse/condo and told them the places where it needs extra deep cleaning and most of the house was already pretty much clean, except the kitchen and living area where it needed cleaning, which I purchased this package for. I explained them all and they asked me to come back in 3 hours, approximately. I texted them before visiting; but no reply. And was 10 minutes late and didn't get a call from them as well; So, went to the home and they have left a note with the main door as is, that the work cannot be completed and it needs 4 more hours of work, which will cost them 60$ per hour. Also, I walked through the home to check what all were cleaned and what not; I noticed the microwave glass was broken into two pieces with the oven door closed and the hood of the microwave came out without cleaned fully, as well as has a crack at the center of the hood and as it was outside and not fixed, I tried fixing where I noticed its broken and tried fixing it back to the top of oven, which I couldn't. In the second floor, a cabinet was pulled apart and lying down which I never touched before. Overall cleaning work, whatever we spoke for didn't even complete half. The ground floor living area was un touched and they didn't clean the floor, mopped it and still as is like I gave them; yes true. Exactly same as how I gave them. Only the kitchen area was cleaned; but not fully, that too with broken appliances. In second floor, there was nothing much to do, only two bathrooms need to be cleaned as the entire carpet area, I took care of the doing carpet cleaning yesterday(separately with a different company) and I told them there is nothing to do there, but looks like they have vacuum cleaned a shampoo washed carpet, and spoiled it further; but not sure if they vacuumed. Most of the work was in ground floor, which I told them before leaving. But, they have done the other way and further broken stuffs. As a courtesy that they have broken, they didn't even wait to tell that as well as call me for informing that. Further, I couldn't reach them as of today over phone and left a voice message. I paid for the package and further the complete house cleaning was not completed and also further I need to buy the broken stuffs, hire some body to fix all these and also, hire another house cleaning guys to clean the remaining stuffs, which I don't know why all this hassles, just for doing a move-out house cleaning. I was already running out of time and that's the reason I browsed through angies list and joined the list, purchased this package, so it makes it easier; but all have gone waste. Let me know what you want to do about this issue and how to re-imburse all this."

Garage Cleaning Services questions, answered by experts

You can put sliding doors on your garage, but it’ll save you money if you install them when you’re building the garage, so you avoid removal costs for the old door. Garage doors are sectional, using vertical tracks and large springs to lift the door. These require professional removal, and the cost can quickly add up to thousands of dollars.

You can expect your seal to last anywhere from 1 to 5 years. Several factors affect this—material, frequency of use, and the weather. For example, seals made from high-quality rubber are built to withstand the elements and can go the distance with a little TLC. If your door sees a lot of action or faces extreme heat or cold, the seal could wear out more quickly. Regular maintenance—like cleaning and lubrication—can make your seal last longer. And while it’s rare, a professionally installed seal on a smooth floor can potentially last up to 10 years.

For a garage to be included in a home's official square footage, it must qualify as livable space. This generally means it needs to be attached to the home and have permanent finishings like proper insulation, finished walls and ceilings, and adequate ventilation. To be considered livable year-round, it should also have heating and cooling. The specific legal requirements can vary by location, but if a garage is converted into a finished room meeting these criteria, it may be counted toward the total square footage.

The average cost to install a new garage door is around $1,224, with most homeowners paying between $755 and $1,696. However, the total price can range from $250 to as high as $4,500 depending on several factors. Key cost drivers include the door's size, type, style, and material. For instance, wood or wood composite doors are typically more expensive than vinyl or aluminum options. Insulation also affects the price. Labor costs are often bundled into the total price, but if billed separately, can range from $200 to $500. Due to the complexity and danger, professional installation is recommended.

The main con of a heated garage is that if cold air comes into your garage and hits warm tools, it could lead to rust. You may also have to deal with the slush and run-off from any snow or ice that comes into the garage from vehicles, leading to more maintenance and upkeep.
