"Service with a smile is an understatement. From my online search to the follow up phone call to the arrival of the technician I canât say anything bad about this company. When my a/c died on a very hot Saturday I called the dealer who did my install and was told to call back on Monday. Not waiting to wait I looked on line and found North Star. My appointment-for Sunday-was scheduled in one minute. Just to be sure I called and talked to David . Wonderful conversation about service. He even made sure I would be home earlier than my appointment time because he was sure his guy would be early. Sure enough he was! Tommy was wonderful. Very informative and made sure I understood everything test he did, why he did it and what the results meant. I think I have a new a/c service company!!! And for getting my a/c fixed on a Sunday the price was very reasonable too!!"
