I believe he should have had more plumbing parts in his truck, but he said he had to go back to town to pick up a different pipe piece. He had to return to town and back ( I live 20 miles from town). He did do and excellent job of replacing the broken pieces in the small area he had to work in....

"I purchased a Heavenly Heat Sauna a few weeks ago . What I liked is you don?t smell any glues . I also liked its easy ( two man ) assembly. What I don?t like , in order to avoid using glues, they use pins or very thin nails. Some pins were missing and some were not beneath the surface. For the rough edges you?re provided with a small piece of sandpaper . Bot at a cost of over 5k you don?t expect to do sanding. My biggest complaint is that it takes almost an hour to get the sauna to 150 degrees. Definitely not worth the price. "
