"This was one of the worst professionals I've ever hired. We needed an Airbnb turnover while we were out of town. There is a tight 5 hour window for getting that done, and we agreed to pay them a premium, about $350, to clean a 4 bedroom house because everything needs to be perfectly cleaned and quickly, so it clearly requires multiple people and professionalism. They said they had done lots of Airbnb turnovers before, so we went with them. Instead, they sent one person and told her she would only be paid for 4-hours to do the job. So almost $90 an hour for house cleaning! Obviously, they couldn't finish in that time, so they stuffed Wet Towels and Sheets into a cabinet to get moldy and disgusting. The oven, microwave, counters, floors, and patio, and balcony were left dirty. Old food was left in the fridge. Instead of putting the duvets into the duvet covers, the covers were just left on the bed and duvets stuffed in with the wet towels in the dark cabinet. Luckily, we had a friend come check their work before the guests arrived and they had to work about 7 hours to fix all the garbage work this company did. Unfortunately, we were out of town so couldn't hire someone else for our next turnover. But they didn't even show up to do that turnover! We had a 5 hour window to clean before the next guests arrived, and they messaged us an hour in, saying they can't make it and can they come Monday (several days after the guests check in). What?? Absolute garbage company. Do not trust and do not hire."
