"Pretty much an ideal experience. Called at about noon to ask about getting part of my house done, Alex himself picked right up and I spoke with him directly. He listened, had me text him a quick picture, then offered a great rate for what I was requesting and said he could come by the same day at 3:30. He showed up exactly on time and even texted to let me know he was 15 mins out, nice touch. The shingles had years of old chipping paint and plenty of sun damage and they spent tons of time carefully prepping the surface, sanding, patching, and more, then coating with tinted primer and finally high quality paint. The house looks beautiful and even more importantly it is going to last longer with their thorough work. Patrick also gave good guidance on color scheme based on years of experience which we melded with our vision and landed on a combination that worked really well.
