The door company came out and asked if we had hired someone who was licensed and bonded because the work didn't reflect someone who follows the Painting and Decorating Contractors of America standards. When we asked for a refund Ulysses blamed us saying we should have told him to paint the top and bottom and we are now left with a door that is now out of warranty and have to pay for another licensed and bonded painter to fix the mistake."
