They are very courteous and on time. They run really good specials and I have used them several times now. I would highly recommend them as well.

It was excellent. They did a really good job. I called them and they were there the same day. Price was reasonable.

I had them clean before I sold my house. I had the whole place done.

There were 2 people to complete the service. It took them about an hour. They were very friendly, they offered other services at a discount, and they explained everything very well. They left with my carpets extremely clean. They were efficient and they moved the furniture that they needed to move without help or anything like that.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my next-door neighbor who hired Stanley Steemer to clean her tile floors and grout.  They arrived late (8:45 p.m.), so maybe they were in a hurry to finish--maybe they turned up the psi too high on their equipment in order to do the job quickly--but there is no excuse for what they did to her floors!  The home is only 7 years old and the grout was in good condition.  After Stanley Steemer "cleaned" it, the grout was chipped, pitted, or entirely missing!  My neighbor called their office the next morning to let them know what had happened.  Three days later, a man named Mike Garrett came out to inspect the damage.  He took no responsibility for destroying her grout and said it must have been "old."  His solution was to up-sell her into paying them an additional $500 to stain and seal the grout. Wow. And no, thank-you. My neighbor is 9 months pregnant.  Re-grouting her floors is pretty much the last thing she needs to be worrying about right now...

They became too costly and they got lax in their cleaning. They were not thorough with their cleaning.

The 2 guys who came were on time and very professional. They moved our furniture and put it on blocks after they had cleaned the carpet, so it would dry properly. They cleaned all the carpet in our living room and hallways. We have a cat, and they were able to get a lot of cat hair out of our carpet. They did a good job.

Did not go well. After they supposedly cleaned my carpets, I ran a vacuum over the area and got out huge amounts of dirt, hair, pet hair, and just overall dirt. The truck broke down 2 times while they were here and asked the technician if that was affecting the suction power and he said no. Well, not so. My carpet was NOT clean. So, I called them back to redo and am still waiting. They were suppose to be here between 2-6 pm. Not here yet and it is 6:30 pm. Can't wait forever for them to make good. All I can say is if you do use these services, pay with your credit card so that you can dispute the charge if the carpets are not cleaned as promised.
As an update: SS did finally make it back to my house to redo my carpets. The technicians that came out the second time were much more thorough and professional than the first two that came. So as a result, my carpet is much cleaner and I feel that they deserve a better overall rating of C rather than a "D".
