When we couldn't find the clog we decided to look for a professional to help out and we called Noel. He and his employee were awesome. They replaced all of our old pipes and snaked the lines to the outside And all for under $300. We will definitely use him again and are planning to use him to power was all of our pipes soon."

He also fixed a leak under the sink that had been going on for quite a while. He was friendly, punctual, worked quickly, very knowledgeable and neat. The price was more than fair. "Woke up this morning and both the toilet wouldn't flush and the shower/bathtub was all backed up. I called two plumbing services but only one of them could make it before 2p.m. I went with Pioneer because I had to be at work for 3p.m. They showed up on time and even waited 15 minutes for me because I was out running errands thinking they were going to be late like plumbers in the past. When I told them that the other company I called was going to charge me a little less for the work they price matched! Since we don't have a clean out to the main line it cost a little more than I thought it would but now I know that we need to install one. Luis R. and his partner did great work. They answered all my questions and knew what they were talking about because I google everything people tell me on my cell phone. They unclogged my main line through the roof vent in less than an hour so that I could get to work on time. They were also personable but professional. I would definitely recommend these guys for any plumbing issues. We will be using them again to install a clean out to our main line.

"Great communication with setting up the date and very flexible on dates and times.  We traded a few emails and phones numbers and he was able to see me on one of my requested dates.
He fixed the leak very quickly, like he had seen the same leak many times. 
He did a great job on the disposal installation.  Installed the cord correctly, the last one was kind of "McGiver'd" in there.  He even took the time to reqquest the fitting in the sink and replaced a missing "O" ring in the faucet.
