"What started out as a bathroom remodel turned out to be an entire house remodel. I am so very pleased with the end product. New England Upgrades surpassed my expectations. They were easy to work with, reliable, helpful in the design and offered much assistance with their artistic views. I have no regrets that I chose them for this project. Their professionalism and care for the outcome of the work they performed was encouraging throughout this project. I have a new kitchen, new flooring throughout, an updated fireplace. New bathrooms. New walls and clean and painted walls, and many other updates they helped to provide or coordinate. They helped to design my landscaping, coordinated services to achieve that design. "I expected a price adjustment due to the drastic change is scope of work and was surprised to be billed $900...well over 50% of the original agreed upon amount. I would have rather paid the original amount and had the original work done to get the guarantee of fix, but was told the caulking was all that was needed to fix the problem. I agreed to pay $600 to make the whole thing go away, which is far, far too much money for the work that was done. Now, It's been 3 weeks since the work has been done. Got a good rainstorm today...and the windows still leak. No guarantee, paid a ton of money, and right back where I started originally. I guess I learned a very, very expensive lesson."

"It didn't go at all. Total lack of input and service. Estimator Dave was to show up on Wednesday at 1 PM to give us an estimate on installing kitchen countertops. He texted me at 12:31 and said he was hung up on another job, and couldn't make it, but if I sent him photos of the kitchen he would send me an estimate. That was Wednesday. I sent 9 photos of a very simple installation job (we already have the countertops). Thursday, I texted him again at 12:30 and asked if he could send the estimate to my email. He never has responded to either text. I sent email to the company as a response to their office manager, she never responded. On Friday, I sent emails to company both vial gmail and via Angi messaging, no response as of Saturday at 2:30 PM. I can't call, as my business is often in a very loud enviornment and hard to talk. They literally ghosted me and haven't have the most basic level of service to even contact me to say they are too busy for new jobs, or they aren't going to make enough on this job and it's not worth their time, or any other reason. They just vanished. I would never, and have never, treated my clients this way."

Totally changed the look of the kitchen for a fraction of the cost. Its very hard to find a reliable contractor that has a real passion for what they do, but Turnkey was very professional, on time, & cared about our home as if it was their own. Highly recommend!"

Tom finished the job in a timely manner and at a very competitive price. The replacement drawer matched our other drawers very well. Tom was very professional completed the install very quickly.
