"I've had problems draining my water heater in the past and since their deal was so affordable, I decided to get a plumber out to show me.  Paul was very accommodating and showed me what was needed to accomplish the WH flushing process.  The best part about his visit was finding my 2 leaking valves due to corrosion/salt buildup!  He came back out and changed the valves out the next day!  Awesome!  The only hiccup was that he was late to arrive on the first day due to van troubles.  But, he did keep me in the loop by phone message...which was great!  Thanks Paul!

Cleaned out a sink in a 50 year old house.  Checked with office on cost of changing out the faucet (which was reasonable) and had replace the u-pipe or trap because it was in poor condition.

The plumber was willing to do an extra job and the office was very accommodating,

It went well.  Scott was very professional.  Explained everything that he was doing and was thorough.  The water heater anode was essentially gone.  The flush looked good with little sediment.  Replacing the drain valve resulted in a much better flow to enhance the flushing process.  The investment in the quality brass ball valve and cap will allow me to transfer the valve easily to any future replacement tanks and greatly improves the flushing process.

All other fittings looked good.

New federal standards are about to be put in place that will greatly increase the future cost for a replacement tank.  Even though this was mentioned there was no pressure applied or urgency indicated to replace the current tank.  However we did talk about options, such as, larger tanks, differences in the warranties and quality of replacement tanks and the value of tank less water heaters.  As a result, I feel much better informed and was able to develop some trust in Scott.

His work was neat and clean.  He was very pleasant and communicated well.
