"John and his team did a great job on painting the outside of our 2 story home. John worked with us on providing samples a week before to allow us to pick the right colors and ordered the brand, sheen, and quality we personally picked out. He was prompt responding to my messages, offered us the best competitive prices, and was able to complete the job in 2 days. He was very patient with my multiple final walk throughs, and he gave me ample time to look over every nook and cranny. He was even able to replace some rotting wood trim. I will be recommending John and his company to all of our friends."

"All of the work was done as described and in a timely manner. Alvaro (president) explained the process and answered any questions we had. The crew was punctual, courteous and respectful of the property. Windows, doors and vigas were taped off, drop cloths were used where material would splatter. After the completion of the project everything was cleaned up and put back in place. The workmanship is outstanding and the house looks brand new."

"We had them paint the trim and facia on the outside of our house and they did a phenomenal job! Very friendly and efficient. They did such a good job that we hired them again to paint our front door, which turned out amazing as well. Highly recommend!"

"First we had the patios stained.  Aaron arrived promptly with his crew.  The wood looked beautiful.  I plan to add pictures soon.  The wood was completely coated and we feel confident it will last for several years.  Once the patios were completed the house was painted.  We also have a stucco storage building separate from our home.  We asked Arron to pick up two sample colors.  He did not want to pick the color for us but he did advise which color he thought would look best with the trim color we chose.   We appreciated his advise because the job came out beautiful.  We noticed a spot that we thought needed attention.  He returned the next day and even though the issue was not included in the cost he took action with no charge.
Aaron was professional and responsive.

"Jesus and his team extended our cement patio. The work was completed on time with excellence. He is detailed, careful, and does what he says he will do, including leaving the job site clean. I plan on calling him for more work in the future. One more thing, he has a tendency to do more than expected."

Deck Staining questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can and should paint or stain pressure-treated wood, as this helps prevent the surface from cracking. However, it is crucial to wait for the wood to dry out completely from the chemical treatment process before applying a finish. If the wood is still wet, the paint will not adhere properly. The drying time can range from weeks to six months. To test if the wood is ready, drip some water onto a board. If the water is absorbed, the wood is dry enough for painting or staining. If the water beads up on the surface, it needs more time to dry. You can build with the wood while it's still wet, but you must wait for it to dry before painting.

You’ll want to avoid excessively hot or humid conditions, so it’s best to apply your stain in late spring to early fall. It's also important to watch the weather forecast and aim for days when there isn’t rain expected for at least three days. For new decks, allow the wood to season beforehand for at least four to eight weeks.

In most cases, sanding an old deck before staining it is necessary to achieve a decent finish. If your old deck has a relatively new stain finish on it and you're only doing touch-ups, you can generally skip the sanding part. However, if your goal is to make the deck look and function better, sanding first is a must.

Stains penetrate wood best when it's cool and dry, so you want to avoid moisture. If the wood is wet upon application, or if it rains before the stain dries, the water will soak into the wood and displace the staining solution. This leads to a flaky and blotchy look, which is the opposite of a sumptuous even coat. Once the stain has fully cured, after about 3 days, rain shouldn’t cause you any problems.

Ensure gutters and downspouts remain clean, monitor wall integrity, and promptly address any arising imperfections or peels concept permanence rooted.
