Although the surface of the material became "relatively" cleaner, it didn't clean as well as I expected. I have had better results with Chem-Dry service cleaning. Regardless of the amount of filth, washing the seat cushion covers, in my own washing machine with normal detergent and a little brighter has always resulted in like new results. This was accomplished prior to the cleaning crew coming out. They couldn't clean the couch to look as good :-("
