"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

"This was my first and last time using a professional cleaning service. I have a two-story 4 bedroom/4 bath home. They had 5 employees come to my home for a 'detailed cleaning' and left me with a home that basically had a rag wiped over things and dust moved around. They are very good at moving things to make you think they did stuff though. They were here from 2:30-5. That should have been my first red flag. They did not even clean 3/4 of my master bedroom. My stand up shower still is dirty and has soap scum on the doors. I took a dampened magic eraser and wiped down the wall and got a white clean spot. My kitchen floor was said to be mopped, I still had all the wonderful dirt and food under my trash can and the watermelon juice from the day before still on the floor. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and reached out to the owner, sending pictures of their 'CLEANING' and was told she stands behind her employees and she would not come to inspect their job and tell me if she would actually pay the money I did for their work. She also stated that she could not know when those pictures were taken. Like I like taking pictures of the corners of my baseboards, fans, vents, floors...etc. I thought as a customer service she would offer to take $150 off since it obviously was not detailed cleaned or at least offer one or two of her 'better employees' to come and do the job better. But no...nothing. So, lesson learned. I was going to stop payment, but decided I'm chalking it up as a loss. If you have never used a cleaning service, refuse to sign anything or go over every corner (which they do not clean). Bless those people that got good service from them...because the 5 employees sent to my house must still be in training and does not know how to 'detail clean' yet."
