the job was NOT finished. In fact nothing was done. He showed up but couldn't do the work. Why was I charged the entire amount?

I received quotes from 3 service providers. Gregg was consultative and provided suggestions and ideas on small details that I hadn't even considered. He provided the best price and was able install a product in a shorter turnaround time than the other 2 companies that provided quotes. The product we ended up purchasing was roller shades in every room with the exception he installed custom sized 12' W motorized shades on our two sets of sliding glass doors.

Gregg was on time and performed the work quickly.

Gregg had installed the original blinds 3 years ago. I had several windows replaced & the contractor said that the blinds would no longer fit. I needed a solution urgently on Christmas Eve! Greg agreed to come out and had them all reinstalled in no time! I was so appreciative! I will use no one else for blinds!

In 2013 we purchased blinds, patio shades, and sun screens from Blinds Mart. We are very pleased with the work and the products. Recently, we needed Gregg to come out and adjust our patio shades. The issue was not related to the installation. Gregg was prompt and did the job quickly.

We used them about three or four times. If I have a problem they address it. Everything was good. It's an ongoing thing, he's doing shutters and blinds.

The company did a great job.

The headers were replaced, and the service person was efficient, friendly, and neat as he worked. He made sure we were happy with the way the blinds worked before he left.

Cheryl was fast and responsive to my call and getting me scheduled for repairs. After I spoke with them, they stopped by the next day! Gregg fixed my blind super fast and he didn't charge me! Our blinds are 3 years old approximately and are exceptional quality! They make our house look beautiful! The only reason we had to call for a repair was a mistake we made. Thank you Cheryl and Gregg for taking such good care of us!

I received 3 estimates for the purchase and installation of blinds for 13 windows in our home.   Gregg came out on time, explained the different options and materials, made suggestions and wrote up the estimate.   I had different window treatments in mind and he explained the pros and cons of the options.   Blinds Mart wasn't the least expensive but was very reasonable for the product we selected - wood blinds.     Once we selected them, Gregg came out and remeasured to ensure a good fit.  Once the install was ready we received a call, set up a date and they were all installed in about 2 hours.  They look great and I would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their existing blinds.

Was great servive by Gregg  and his staff. I  had requested estimate on repair or replacement of  broken verticle blinds.  Many of the veins  were broken as well as the clips.   Received phone call from Gregg's wife shortly after contact via Angie's list to set up an appointment with Gregg.  Gregg answered my questions about  repair vs replacement.  I told him what my price range was in replacement, and after he showed me several different styles in that range, I selected what I wanted and completely agreed with him that repair would cost more than new ones, if the kind I had  was even being manufactured as they were 12 years old.  Within 10 days the installer Bobby was here with the new ones, and I had a whole new look within an hour.   I  especially liked the " no sales pitch" by Gregg - showed me exactly what they had within my price range.  I would recommend this company to anyone needing blinds. 

Wow. I usually expect too much, but Gregg exceeded all expectations. He was prompt, helpful during consultations, understood each request (I'm not the greatest at explaining what we were looking for) and delivered great results. He is a perfectionist and the price was fair (significantly cheaper than our original quote). He overcame some challenges specific to my house. I HIGHLY recommend Gregg, and Blinds Mart. Very nice and professional.

Greg came out twice. Bought new batteries, and Greg fixed both remote blinds. Now they work perfectly. These have not worked for 2 years. The original installer didn't know how to program them. Thanks so much!!!

I called Blinds Mart and left a message initially. Cheryl called me back promptly and made an appointment in the next few days to have Gregg come out and give me a quote on shutters. Gregg arrived promptly and was very nice and knowledgable about the products. He went into much detail about types, stains, brackets, making and fitting of the shutters. He was also very willing to talk through any questions that I had, which made deciding on the types and style of shutters much easier and I actually ended up with what I wanted rather than what I thought would work based on what I knew about shutters. His quote fell in with exactly what we had budgeted, which again meant we got what we wanted rather than what we could afford, which was a nice surprise. After we decided to go ahead, Gregg came back and did the measurements he needed, he said the shutters were made here in AZ, which we liked and it would about 8 weeks. Almost exactly 8 weeks later Cheryl called to tell us they were ready and we made an appointment for Gregg to come and fit them. He arrived promptly with a colleague and they worked quickly to install the shutters and they cleaned up after themselves. We have had the shutters fitted for a while now and we absolutely love them, thanks to Gregg and Cheryl we have shutters that not only look good but blend in with the house perfectly and maintain the privacy that we wanted. We get many compliments about them and have recommended Blinds Mart to friends and neighbors. I cannot say enough about the service and product that Gregg and Cheryl provide, if you are looking for the perfect shutters this is the place to find them.

We didn't have a window covering at all for our front window.  The front window was very large with a large archway at the top and gets lots of sun exposure.  The homes in our neighborhood all have plantation shutters, so we decided to get a plantation shutter.  I called three companies on Angie's List that all had an "A" rating, and Blinds Mart was by far the cheapest.  Gregg came out within days and took measurements.  He was consultative in terms of suggesting colors, fixtures, blind width, arch style, etc.  The plantation shutter did take about 10 weeks from order date to delivery/installation, but it was worth the wait.  It looks fantastic, and the color matches perfectly.  Exceeded my expectations.  I will definitely use Blinds Mart again.  I just need to save up enough money to purchase plantation shutters for the remainder of my windows.

appointment in home was within days, measurements taken, samples shown and suggestions made. 3 weeks later, blinds delivered and installed. company was professional and responsive.
