"Our main installer was Jesus, and he carefully explained each step of the work and then went over all the information we would need to know. We are very happy with all three items, saving electricity with the SolaTube as we no longer have to turn lights on during the day in our Master bath dressing area, we hope that the Solar attic fan is helping to keep the house cooler by exchanging the air in the attic when it gets hot. In our small home office we replaced an old skylight with new double glass skylight with a shade system and this has made a big difference in the office. "Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"Wow. I was in a BAD spot. I've been caretaking for my mother and father's 1962 house while pops is in the hospital recovering from heart surgery. Came home to see someone had unsuccessfully tried to break into the house. They were, however, successful at breaking a window. What a "Pane in the Glass"! Since mom is peaking in stress, I needed to get this fixed ASAP before she got home tonight, at approx 9:00. I found out about it at 5:00pm. Crap! I called Glass Doctor, who had Aliki T. call me back (almost immediately) and give me some great pointers on how to get this situation resolved in quick order. After following her instructions, I took the glass out while my sis went and picked up the new pane. I now have it fixed, just waiting for paint, and that was @ 7:30pm! What great advice! You ROCK! Thank you SO VERY MUCH!!!"
