We are very happy with all three items, saving electricity with the SolaTube as we no longer have to turn lights on during the day in our Master bath dressing area, we hope that the Solar attic fan is helping to keep the house cooler by exchanging the air in the attic when it gets hot. In our small home office we replaced an old skylight with new double glass skylight with a shade system and this has made a big difference in the office. Sunshine Experts, LLC did a great job for us and we are very happy to recommend them when anyone asks us about our experience."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"Wow. I was in a BAD spot. I've been caretaking for my mother and father's 1962 house while pops is in the hospital recovering from heart surgery. Came home to see someone had unsuccessfully tried to break into the house. They were, however, successful at breaking a window. What a "Pane in the Glass"! Since mom is peaking in stress, I needed to get this fixed ASAP before she got home tonight, at approx 9:00. I found out about it at 5:00pm. Crap! I called Glass Doctor, who had Aliki T. call me back (almost immediately) and give me some great pointers on how to get this situation resolved in quick order. After following her instructions, I took the glass out while my sis went and picked up the new pane. I now have it fixed, just waiting for paint, and that was @ 7:30pm! What great advice! You ROCK! Thank you SO VERY MUCH!!!"

"KMC home services Professional showed up on time and carried out their work, fast and efficiently. I needed to have grout and tile ripped out of my living room. They chipped out all of the tile and replaced everything and it came out beautiful. I had some electrical work done sconces outside of the house and new electrical boxes inside it came out exceptional 10 out of 10. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and colleagues who need any kind of residential or commercial work done needed."

"We called their 800 number, they made an appointment for the following week. Two people arrived on time. One worked inside the other outside. They moved whatever furniture necessary and replaced it and they were done in less than an hour. We have approx. 20 windows and a patio door."

"1st of all, they arrived 45 minutes early.  While I appreciate promptness that was much too early and I wasn't ready for them.  I specifically asked that the baseboards, door moldings, and tops of doors be cleaned.  This wasn't done until I pointed it out as they were leaving.  The lead person took a rag and swiped a couple of doors but not all of them. Baseboard were not done. Floors were mopped, but they weren't very clean after.  Especially where there had been spills.  I specifically asked for the tile in our shower to be cleaned and they showed me the lime product they would use.  They did clean the shower doors but not the walls.  I hadn't finished loading the dishwasher because they were so early so they said they would do the dishes.  The dishes were loaded into the dishwasher without even being rinsed.  One large pan was washed inside but the outside and bottom were sticky and filthy.  My one good thing about them is that they got the insides of my toilets sparkling.  However, the outside and pedestal of the guest toilet was not cleaned at all.  Unfortunately, I didn't notice most of this until after they left.  I know I paid $99 for 6 hours of cleaning, but even though it was a reduced price I don't think I should have gotten reduced service.

"I chose them because the pitch man convinced me they were the best and they were $260  while others I called were $300 and adding termite inspection was $325 and his was included in the $260. On Monday morning at 8am of the planned inspection day, we found the 'current' owner had not turned the electricity on thus, the inspection could not take place. We were emailed the bill would be an additional $65 for the trip charge as it was a good 100 miles round trip and our error, not theirs. I felt bad so I accepted the additional charge. There went my saving a buck. Next we were emailed a new appointment day, Thursday at  11am. The inspector arrived Thursday at 8am.  Needless to say, it confused my whole day arriving three hours early. The inspector really did a good job, explaining everything to me so that I understood. Then he presented me with a $325 bill that we had agreed on and I paid. It being early in the morning I wasn't thinking clearly but later I called the business office and said  -  "Since we have an email stating 11am and the inspector showed up at 8am, your mistake, so I should get my $65 back from the trip charge when it was our mistake." The business office wanted nothing to do with that idea. The $65 was for the extra time and mileage, she said. What about the disruption to my schedule showing up at the wrong time. It didn't matter. Every other time I spoke with the woman in the office she was very kind but suddenly she wasn't any more.  Because they strictly wouldn't change the bill when it was their fault and because they are so far away, I will not use this company again.
