We are very happy with all three items, saving electricity with the SolaTube as we no longer have to turn lights on during the day in our Master bath dressing area, we hope that the Solar attic fan is helping to keep the house cooler by exchanging the air in the attic when it gets hot. In our small home office we replaced an old skylight with new double glass skylight with a shade system and this has made a big difference in the office. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"The cleaning crew is okay with cleaning the house. However, they did not clean areas behind doors. They are suppose to be here for 3 hours, but you'll be lucky if you can get two out of them. The last crew showed us a range of 11 - 12:30 and said that this was how long they were to spend. In fact, this was the range of when they were to arrive. The management makes promises they can't keep. We have been overcharged for less than the amount of time we were promised. We are going to look for someone else. We won't use this service again.
