"I wish they had given us a bit more information when asking where we wanted the gate and how that effects the placement of the double connecting poles, We wound up having a set of connecting poles right in the middle of our greatroom picture window which was not acceptable. It cost an additional $800 to change the layout of the fence to move the double poles out of view from the greatroom. I little more time explaining the layout based on our gate location choice and we would have selected a different location for the gate. The $1700 project turned out to be $2500."

They did a nice job on the fence, completely installing it in one day and left no mess behind, so I was pleased with the original installation. So ME's Jon (owner) and Shane installed a new 200A panel, a new riser, whole home surge protector, the 50A/240V line and outlet, and the plug-in Clipper Creek charging station. They also upgraded the water bonds and ground rods, and handled permitting in Tempe and coordination with SRP. Overall, Jon and ME were very easy to work with and professionally completed the job on time. The work was expensive but, in my view, reasonably priced given the scope of the work. I would certainly work with Jon and ME again and recommendation to others."

The plate over time leaked causing corrosion and reducing the life of the pump. Buyer beware of these Fraudster!"

We are the local manufacturer of vinyl safety pool covers. Summer safety and Energy savings sale.

"Wish I could give them 0 stars. Complete sham job. Asked for something that was fully retractable and the "sales person" Tom advised that obsoletely can be done. They even showed a video of it being retracted. After receiving the install, and going through the walk through, I was told that what I received was not retractable at all. They dont make it anymore. Spoke with a manager who told me that was a "misunderstanding" and that there is nothing that could be done. He told me that I would get a call back from owner within 30 minutes. Fast forward a day later, the owner called and continued to say that I was lying and that there is no way that we were told that was retractable; manually or automatically. He did acknowledge that the video they show shows it being retractable, but they do not sell those. Bottom line is, please be very cautions when or if you use this company. They will misrepresent what they sell and will place the blame on you saying "its a misunderstanding". I literally paid $4,000 for a tarp and anchors that I could have gotten at Home Depot for under $1,500. Horrible company!"
