The contract you must sign is a joke. And the verbiage only pertains/ and it protects the contractor from none payment from the job and protects them if there’s a delay in starting and finishing the job. They also require 50 % down. So with that being said please tell Everyone you know not to Hired this company you could be waiting six months or more before they evening start the job. I Do not know how people get away With doing business this way , and then go home and Comfortable and lay their head on a pillow and sleep at night.,They say Karma is a *****. ."
