So Bill comes to my home to see my complaint and says that I ordered the wrong thickness for that edge. I chose 3 mm thickness, and it should have been 2 mm. "Do yourself a favor and avoid even getting a quote from Sunshine Restoration... Once they found out that I would not be using their services (due to a wildly overpriced quote which would be performed by a third-party) they quickly added "Administration/estimator fee's" to an invoice amounting to $661.56 ($165.39 per hour x 4 hours). When I said I was not going to pay for someone to come out and provide an non-competitive quote for the project they quickly turned it over to collections and in negatively impacted my credit score. TLDR: Sunshine Restorations will over quote projects then aggressively pursue their "Administration/estimator fee's" by sending it to collections after performing no work."
