"I cannot say enough about Aaron Schwarder and Schwarder Construction. We bought a home that had not been updated since 1964. Plumbing included. Aarons crews redid both baths and the kitchen. Beautiful bright Carrera look tile, white counter tops, beadboard, wainscoting. New light and plumbing fixtures. Kitchen went from dark and cave like with fluorescent lights in plexiglass recessed ceiling thing, to raised ceiling, high end appliances, beadboard cabinets and an open to the dining room floor plan. Aaron was not satisfied with the cabinet surfaces and repainted them himself. All custom cabinets. Very important to me is the comfort level of having people working in my home. It can be awkward, to say the least. Aaron's guys are very respectful and always clean up at the end of the day, even if they are coming back in the morning. They were very careful not to let the animals escape. Recently I called the home depot pro desk with some questions about installing a new entry door and the first name they gave me was Schwarder Construction. I was raised to believe that a man's word is his worth. You can take Aaron at his word. 5 stars only because you cannot rate higher."

She is always helpful and talks me off a ledge when I'm stressed about a plumbing issue. Thank you, Beverly! Ryan was my service tech, and, like all their staff, he was prompt, courteous, and professional. He informed me about each step and took pictures to show me what the problem was and the resolution. He handled a disgusting job that almost all people would not touch. They resolved my issue, and my current guest was very happy. Thanks for digging out all the grease that prior guests have dumped down the sink. Not a good combo with the sump pump and plumbing. Happy Holidays to all!"

He quoted a price that was a fraction quoted by the bigger contractors and started within a few days. After replacing the pipe, it was discovered that there was a crack in the city's pipe, Gila county was called and responded saying that we were responsible for that part of the sewer line. Aaron was able to dig under the road, locate the broken joint, cleaned out huge root balls, replace the pipe and wouldn't leave until after dark holes were filled in and area looked good. This had been a problem in this house for many years, long before we moved here. I am confident it was fixed and fixed right. Highly recommend."
