Unfortunately, I had misplaced it, so Our Tech, Clinton, tracked down the right size for the make of our unit. He was not satisfied until he found the right one, but he was also prepared to go to plan B or C, to make sure we were completely satisfied. We asked him to look up a couple of Alternative Systems, but we decided to just stay with the one we have for the time being. We have a Maintenance Program with Mr. Rooter, which I recommend wholeheartedly! Mr. Rooter is not a time limit, or hourly. They are there to get the job done and done right, to the full satisfaction of their customer. No Rush Jobs or extra charges. We feel so confident in the expertise, and the fact they are on duty 24/7, if it were an emergency, without any difference in the price for weekends and nights. And one more thing, they are respectful of the customer's home, and always put on booties before entering. While he was there he also did a complete tour of our drains, to apply their Highly recommended drain cleaner. I was running low on our supply so we feel we got a good deal on a larger container. Really great maintenance program. We will see him in June for our Regular Annual checkup of all our plumbing. Our Manufactured home is now 19yrs. old, so we feel confident we are in good hands, and ready for the unexpected. Just can't say enough about the Company, their office Contacts, and all their Techs."

"The previous parking was a dirt pad, and became mud with each rain or snow. Initially the project was bid for a 20 foot width. When the workers arrived on site to grade the area and build the form we inquired about adding to the size and the cost was very reasonable so we made the change. The concrete poured was 3000 PSI and which we verified with the delivery driver. The form was built to allow a minimum depth of 4 to 4.5 inches of concrete in all areas; additionally steel re-bar was installed on 24 inch centers and tied together to add strength. The finish was a broom finish which looks nice but allows some tire grip over a totally smooth surface. Ernesto was the employee that did most of the work, and was very courteous and tidy. 

JDS improvements is an honest outfit that does what they promise, shows up on time, leaves the job site tidy, is fair on price, and quality of work was high.

"Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
