"Outstanding company from the customer service, to the excellent quality and timely response for having the new product built. We needed new deck railings installed for our lower deck. We were highly impressed by both Jeremy and Scottie for giving us a timely estimate and getting our job completed soon afterwards. Tino and Steven were excellent! Tino is definitely a craftsman with wood and he solved a perplexing part of our railing. We didn't need to have the deck railings replaced on our upper deck, however, the quality and craftsmanship of the lower railings prompted us to have the upper railings replaced. We were delighted with the result! Three months went by and we noticed some of the wood was splitting. Char (the receptionist) was amazing and notified Jeremy immediately. Jeremy purchased new redwood after being alerted to the situation and had Steven come to the house and paint the new wood. Steven removed the damaged pieces and replaced them with higher quality wood at no additional cost to us. Incredible customer service and so responsive - my husband and I highly recommend Better Built Sheds!"
