We were hired by a home owner whose tenant had hired mold gone to do a mold test. I went out personally to meet the home owner and look at the affected areas. I gave the home owner a quote and we did the work as needed. I had a 3rd party industrial hygienist out to do air quality clearance testing to make sure the mold was removed properly and there were no risks in the home anymore. The air quality test passed with flying colors. The tenant then had mold gone go back out and retest also. They said we failed miserably and the home still had a mold issue. I then called mold gone and spoke to renata and she told me she would call back later with their schedule after I explained the situation and asked to meet them and have it retested by them and the hygienist I had hired. I offered to pay for everything. They refused. Hired a new mold tester and once again we passed. This company is a scam to get work for themselves. DONT NOT USE THEM!!!!

Responses were quick, arrival was punctual, service was performed at a high level, work was guaranteed. Although I wish I didn't require this service, they made the experience as stress free as possible.

I highly recommend Mold Gone. They responded very quickly and in about a week my mold problems were gone. They are a family business and both Renata and Jarrett were wonderful to work with. They are both very knowledgeable and patiently took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. They were very reasonably priced. When Jarrett came out to do the work it ended up being a much more extensive project than he anticipated, due to an additional leak he found while removing drywall and he had to remove a vanity from the bathroom also. This ran into an additional charge, but still very reasonable. Overall I know he did more work than he actually charged me for. I believe Jarrett is one of the most honest and trustworthy people I have ever met. They did a great job getting rid of all the mold. Renata came out about a week later and took samples of air inside and out to test for mold. The samples get sent to a lab for testing and then she sent me the test results. The test was negative, all mold is gone.

Renata responded almost immediately to our questions. Service was done very quickly, follow up was also quick. Renata and workers were very efficient, answered all questions we had. Our plumber commented that he could tell by looking at it that the work was done by professionals. Excellent job!

As all of the reviews say... Pure Maintenance is an amazing company that, even though mold is no fun, you will enjoy working with. Jarrett and Renata are SUPER-COMMUNICATORS, do thorough work, know their (mold) stuff, and are 100% ON TIME. Their charges seem fair to me (first mold experience) and they stick to their quotes. I highly recommend them!

Punctual, friendly, great customer service, very knowledgeable, and you get your test results incredibly fast!! They Contacted me almost immediately after I messaged them, scheduled me same day, got there early and went straight to work. All the tests were explained before hand!
