"I had a serious mainline backup at my home in Sedona and reached out to City Plumbing and Rooter—and I’m really glad I did. They showed up exactly at the time we scheduled, which I appreciated right away. They quickly got to work, snaking the line to clear the blockage and then doing a camera inspection to make sure everything was fully cleared and flowing properly. That extra step gave me a lot of confidence that the problem was actually fixed and not just temporarily pushed through. They were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home the entire time. Everything was explained clearly, and there were no surprises. You can tell they know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. If you’re dealing with a mainline backup or any plumbing issue in Sedona, I highly recommend City Plumbing and Rooter. Reliable, on time, and thorough—exactly what you want in a plumber."

"We bought a new home in the Mayer area 2 years ago. Unfortunately we had no water access/spigot installed on the outside. I thought about doing it myself but was apprehensive about tearing in to the underbelly. I contacted Premier Solutions International for some advice. Jay was able to give me a qoute and an appointment within the week to have it installed. Jay came fully prepared and was ready ahead of time. Jay was able to give me advice/information on septic, water heater use, and whole house filtration during our appountment. The install went very clean and was done within the alloted time with no issues. We can finally water our plants. We look forward to working with Premier Solutions International for plumbing solutions in the future. Thank you!"

Gas Logs questions, answered by experts

No. Placing a built-in grill against the house is discouraged due to safety concerns. Building codes and regulations often require a minimum distance (typically 10 feet or more) between a gas grill and any combustible structure, including a house. Placing a grill too close poses a fire hazard and risks damage to the siding or structure, potentially leading to carbon monoxide buildup. It's essential to consult local building codes, follow manufacturer guidelines, and prioritize safety by positioning the grill at a safe distance, ideally in a well-ventilated outdoor kitchen or designated grill area.

Safety steps include proper vent installation, connector tightness, and leak testing. A safe environment must be maintained throughout.

You can maneuver your gas grill into place, but you cannot connect the grill to your gas source yourself. All municipalities mandate that a certified plumber carry out this work, so you’ll have to reach out to a plumber or a gas grill installation company in your area. Given how dangerous a gas leak can be, gas lines and connections are highly regulated, so you’ll need a professional’s help and a permit to install a gas grill.

Depending on the appliance and labor requirements, costs range from $150 to $500.

Appliances typically connected to a gas line include gas stoves, water heaters, furnaces, and gas fireplaces. Essentially, any appliance in your home that uses gas needs to be connected to a gas line, which connects your home with the main gas line owned and operated by your gas company.
