"They called shortly after I made contact and were on site within 30 minutes. They diagnosed the problem as twofold. The first issue was to reset the thermostat on the water heater. The second issue was to recharge the fluid in the solar panels, which could not be done that day. They returned a couple of days later with what was needed and recharged the solar panel system. They did encounter some issue and spent several hours to fix. They charged a flat rate of $395.00 which I I felt was reasonable for 2 people and the time it took to complete the job."

They were also extremely low-pressure as far as selling us our solar system. We practically had to beg our rep (Tom Lammie) to sell us a system! Tom was a pleasure to work with. They know their stuff and are very professional in their dealings with us. They offer top notch products and back them up. They may cost a little more but the upgrade in quality is worth every penny. They have a superior reputation and we were glad to choose them as our solar system provider. They offer top-notch products professionally installed. I just paid my August-September power bill. It came out to $10.75! I can live with that!!!"
