"I spoke with Josey a couple of times prior to the install date. In fact, she called me within 5 minutes of my request submission on your website! How quick is that? She took the time to listen as I explained my needs and told me they had what I wanted. Mr Courtney came out and showed me samples of available carpeting; I chose one and the price was right for me. The install date had to be rescheduled one day later than I had planned, which ended up working out just fine for me. The install team was quick and professional. They even moved the refrigerator for me. Everyone I talked with was polite and concerned that I was happy with the carpeting and their work. And I am! I would recommend Mingus flooring to my friends.
