"A Mingus Flooring representative, Josey Swanson, was very professional and set up an initial contact meeting to discuss the scope of our project and emailed a quote to our business the same day. Once we approved the quote she proceeded to setup an install date. The only issue I had was that Mingus Flooring subcontracted the work to another company, and so I did not know who I was meeting up with at the site. Our project did entail someone laying vinyl flooring, which hardly anybody does anymore, so subcontracting on this project was understandeable. Overall, from the initial meeting to the completion of the work we were satisfied with the professionalism and timing of Mingus Flooring."
