"I cannot say enough about Aaron Schwarder and Schwarder Construction. We bought a home that had not been updated since 1964. Plumbing included. Aarons crews redid both baths and the kitchen. Beautiful bright Carrera look tile, white counter tops, beadboard, wainscoting. New light and plumbing fixtures. Kitchen went from dark and cave like with fluorescent lights in plexiglass recessed ceiling thing, to raised ceiling, high end appliances, beadboard cabinets and an open to the dining room floor plan. Aaron was not satisfied with the cabinet surfaces and repainted them himself. All custom cabinets. Very important to me is the comfort level of having people working in my home. It can be awkward, to say the least. Aaron's guys are very respectful and always clean up at the end of the day, even if they are coming back in the morning. They were very careful not to let the animals escape. Recently I called the home depot pro desk with some questions about installing a new entry door and the first name they gave me was Schwarder Construction. I was raised to believe that a man's word is his worth. You can take Aaron at his word. 5 stars only because you cannot rate higher."

"It was my first time working with an interior design firm, and I chose Hermosa Style Co (after interviewing five other designers) because of their aesthetic, availability, and the price and flexibility of their services. I needed my fireplace re-designed, my kitchen updated, the interiors painted, and help with new furniture selection for my family and dining rooms. I wanted to make the transition from a mid-century aesthetic to a more Tulum-esque global organic vibe, but I didn't have a high-end budget. "Not even sure where to begin with this nightmare which I will now need to spend more money in legal just to get my money back if I'm lucky. It all started back in 2022 when a respectful salesperson Gary sold me on an underground bunker. Still to this day, he answers the phone for me, and he doesn't even work at Rising S company anymore. To keep a long story shorter, I paid over $100K for my unit after being pushed to make payments to 'keep it on the assembly line'. It has been paid in full since August of 2023 (just about 15 months for anyone counting). I received a response (finally) earlier this year in March that there is new ownership of the company, and the man in charge is Brad Dancer. After trying to contact for quite awhile, I did finally get him on the phone. He apologized and explained to me that he's in over his head. Even though I believe I have been more than patient, I agreed to give him some time to finish and deliver my unit. We agreed that August of this year (2024) I would have it. I checked in by email in June to ask if we were still on track. I received a response that we were indeed on track. Now fast forward to today (10/25/24), I have been completely ghosted by email, phone, and text. No responses at all by ANY form of communication. At this point, I realize I have been robbed of over $100K. And after reading many other consumers reviews on different platforms, it appears I'm not the only one. I will now begin my journey with the Attorney General and Legal process. I'll update my status here so anyone can see what happens. At least people can get answers some way. It is not a good feeling to not be able to get a company to call you, especially after they've taken over $100k. You can't even leave a message on the office line ( which no one has EVER answered by the way). I don't understand how a company like this could still be in business. My recommendation to anyone reading this.....I hope it's not too late for you."

"Oscar responded quickly to request for quote and provided install date Jul 9. He did not make that date and rescheduled several times. Eventually he installed about half the job Jul 22 and said he'd finish the next week. Actually, his guys did the install while he sat in his truck all day. He's continued to promised to finish the job "next week" multiple times and now he doesn't return calls or texts, and his voice mail box is full. He did not work well with my flooring distibutor and failed to do most things he promised. Very unprofessional, slightly over-priced, and the carpet he did install may not have been done properly."
