"I've been using Carpet Police for years and I am always glad when I call them! When schedule the appointment, I talk to a friendly person who gives me options of days and times that are convenient for me. When the day arrives to clean, the guys call to confirm what time they are coming. They are happy to move furniture I need help with and they move it all back using styrofoam blocks so my floors look great and my house doesn't have furniture scattered everywhere. We have a dog and we doggy-sit frequently (= occasional potty accidents) and thanks to these guys I still happily sit on the carpet. My kitchen grout changed for the better after you guys were done last time. I'm pretty sure it was 2 shades lighter. I'll keep on calling you!"

"I purchased the Big Deal for the detail and Jim did a great job.  We had a little trouble scheduling but his communication was great so no real complaint there.  Jim did the interior and exterior including dressing all the interior surfaces and all the exterior non-paint surfaces.  He polished out some scratches on the front bumper before waxing the car.  Ultimately it was a great job and a great guy to work with.  I will definitely use him again.

He later moved to Washington to serve in ministry, where he met his wife, Meron. Meron, from Ethiopia, grew up in New York and South Dakota before moving to Seattle for ministry. The couple has three beautiful children. Errol has over 20 years of electrical experience, including residential, industrial, and commercial work.
