We are an excavating company with over 30 years experience. What kind of work do we do? Anything and everything dirt work related. The most common projects would be house pads, site prep, utilities, and road grading. However, we don't just stop there. We do demolition, water distribution, sewer installs, dump truck services and much more. "This has been a frustrating six month process. The initial bidding and design experiences were great. Then came the reality of the installation. The installation process has been problematic. We also had failed inspections and damage we had to chase them to repair. We now have a 47 panel installation that has generated exactly 0 watts since installation. The micro inverters are measuring exactly half the output that is specified. However, getting someone to come out and fix the wiring issue that is causing this has been a nightmare. I've been repeatedly told this is normal, and that this will 'self-correct' within a few hours. After a few hours, I was told 'within a few days'. If this was simply low operating voltage I might believe this. However, exactly half the voltage is clearly missing a leg. At this point, I really wish we had never contacted this company. At every turn there is some excuse, and the post-sales support is non-existent."
