"Jesse (owner of Saguaro Air Solutions) provided me a fair & honest estimate to replace my whole A/C system. Out of the 4 estimates I received, his was a lower cost & for a much better system with a heat pump. I questioned if he offered any discounts/rebates, & his answer was that he charges a flat rate (for system & installation) & doesn't show a bunch of discounts to make the customer feel good about getting a good price. Jesse was very responsive to all my email inquiries & answered everything I had questions/concerns about - approx 6 emails). He kept me informed up to the day of installation. The install went very well & it was only 1 day w/o A/C vs the other HVAC companies of 2 days - including from major, more popular companies. I also had duct cleaning done - the same day.
