The most common projects would be house pads, site prep, utilities, and road grading. However, we don't just stop there. We do demolition, water distribution, sewer installs, dump truck services and much more. "We bought a new unit less than 2 years ago. We had some issues such as short cycling shortly after and Salty came to and fixed the problem. . Since July 4th this year the AC was running conitnuously all day with the thermostat set at 77. The temps in the house was betweem 78-81. The coils on the evap coil were cool except the upper half. We called Salty and he came July 7 and added refrigerant so there was a leak somewhere. Again, 2 days ago, the ac was not shutting down and doing the same thing. We called Salty again yesterday and he sent Steve who found the leak in the evap coil, He added more refrigerant and said they will replace it but it will take a while. I highly recommend Mechanical Brothers for taking care of the issues."

Since then I have worked with some of Arizona's largest painting companies such as Pete King and Ghaster Painting completing many jobs in both commercial and residential. I completed top of my class 3 years interior decorating and design through the Phoenix Painters Union Local 86 and I have worked on projects such as the Wildlife World Zoo building and painting exhibits for over 10 years, Phoenix City Hall, Pointe resorts as well as many residential projects new and repaint. I have a vast knowledge in the construction industry and don't "just throw the paint on". I know what causes the underlying problems and how to CORRECTLY fix it.
