"We paid a lot of money for very sub par cleaning for our residential move in cleaning. We gave a priority list to the cleaners that was not even close to being met. Website says deep clean but all we got was a very very basic wipe down. Appliances were not touched and still are very dirty. Walls that were listed in the priority list were probably wiped down once and not scrubbed. Please save yourself a lot of money and just clean your own place of residence. Postive note: Cleaners were very friendly"

Some people prefer to leave or even carve a leftover stump, but we recommend removing it if possible. You can often dig out smaller trunks with a shovel once they have died and dried out. The deeper the tree has been ground under the soil, the longer it will take to settle. However, this extra depth can help you plant new landscaping sooner because you’ll have more space for fresh soil.

If your stump has a pest problem, don’t worry; it won’t slow down the stump grinding process. It might even speed it up. But you may want to contact pest control afterward if it looks like a spreading infestation.

Probably the most cost-efficient way to remove a tree stump is to use Epsom salts, which help accelerate the rotting process making it easier to remove by hand once nature has taken its course. Burning a tree stump doesn’t tend to cost much either, but is a riskier DIY method.
